[ 00:00:00,000 ]Preserving the sanctity of life in Florida, a loud voice for the unborn. This is Pro-Life Radio with your hosts, Vicky and Bruce Cherry. And welcome this first weekend of spring to Pro-Life Radio on a Sunday night. I am Bruce Cherry and across from me, my lovely wife, Vicky Cherry. Thank you, husband. And we welcome you all. We have great guests for you, as always. But before we get to that, we always start with Jeremiah 1-5 and prayer. Before I formed you in the womb, I knew you. Before you were born. I sanctified you. I ordained you a prophet to the nations. Heavenly Father, we ask for your blessing once again upon this show, upon our guest, and upon all who hear this show, that we be fruitful in educating, sharing truth.

[ 00:00:49,190 ]changing hearts and minds, and saving the lives of unborn children everywhere. God, please bless us with discernment tonight over what we’re about to share. and those who hear it. Please bless our guests, Court and Britt Boyce. And God, just please be with us. Let us continue to be fruitful and let us be able to keep this ministry going. Heavenly Father, we thank you and praise you in Jesus’ name. Amen. Amen. All right. As I mentioned, we have Court Boyce, who is a legislator from Oregon, a Republican, obviously, and his lovely wife, Britt Boyce. Thank you both for joining us. The last time we had Court on, he was on a few months ago, but we did not have Britt. Yes. Did we have both of them on? Yes, we did.

[ 00:01:37,619 ]I was thinking we only had one on. No. Okay. And we are so glad you came back. Thank you both for being here. And not only that, but they also made a very nice contribution to Pro-Life Radio. We want to thank them for that as well. This is a ministry that is funded through the generosity of folks everywhere. And when that falls short, it comes out of our pockets as well because we’re about saving babies. Amen. Thank you both for being with us. Our pleasure. We’re so happy to be here. Bruce and Vicky. Court and I have just… I will let you know. It is also not only the first day of spring, as you pointed out, Bruce, it is our… Wedding anniversary. Oh, that’s right. I remember.

[ 00:02:27,160 ]I’m sorry. I forgot that. Congratulations. How many years? We need to do just a little clarification. It’s important to us that it’s a monthly anniversary. So I think it’s 171 months. Oh, wow. Oh, my goodness. Wow. Isn’t that wonderful that he keeps track of that? I’m very impressed. That is impressive. Court, you’re making the rest of us married guys look bad. Yeah, Bruce. I’ve been trying to impress her for 14 years. Well, it must be working. Well, thank you both for joining us. Tell us, both of you are active in the pro-life movement. Court, you’re there helping to craft policy and law. What’s happening in Oregon? You know, Bruce, thank you. We’re losing battles, but we are winning the wars. Thankful that God is in charge and sovereign and giving us the strength and energy.

[ 00:03:24,620 ]We have Oregon Right to Life folks that are just incredibly… dedicated and Dave. They just keep… They just keep, as you said a minute ago, we’re about saving babies. uh… is Sometimes it’s heartbreaking. You know, but we’ve… We can give you some of the policies, some of the… movement. Really towards a godless society, and every time we lose a child. You know, he said. Mega tears, and so… We just want to honor him. Yeah, it’s quite a privilege to talk to folks all the way from Florida that are like-minded. I want to make a difference. We’re just… We’re just very grateful to be on with you today. Well, thank you. We have a friend in the same county we live in now, but he always says, if you don’t have life…

[ 00:04:17,680 ]You’re dead. I mean, and people just don’t think about the fact of how important this issue is. And every time he says that, people kind of chuckle a little bit, but then you stop and think about it. It’s like, ‘Oh, yeah.’ Yeah, all the other stuff doesn’t matter if you don’t have it. Yeah, if you don’t protect life. Then you got nothing. And it starts with protecting the unborn. And we knew this was going to happen. We fought a very gallant, hard-fought battle here two years ago to defeat Amendment 4, almost two years ago, to defeat Amendment 4, which would have enshrined abortion in the state constitution of Florida. We know they’re going to come back, but there’s already inklings of movements for legalized suicide and euthanasia.

[ 00:05:07,260 ]And it starts with the unborn, but it progresses to the elderly. And the disabled. And the disabled. Now, we’re both in our 60s. So who’s going to decide when we are no longer productive and we get sick and we go to the hospital and they go, ‘Oh, I’m sorry,’ you know. Yeah, this is something. thing that if you were, you know, 40 years old, we’d take care of, but you’re 65, you’re 63, you’re whatever that—yeah, your time’s limited. So just going back home, get ready to die. The whole society is just breaking down. Family, family is not important anymore. You know, as we were talking, a friend of Bruce’s just came in from Kentucky. And they’re going to go on a cruise.

[ 00:05:53,910 ]And we were talking about family and, you know, how, in a divorce even situation, you know, you grow together as a family. We want you to call your dad. We want you to call mom. This is your brother. This is your sister. And then there’s a divorce. And then it’s like, ‘Oh, they’re no longer your brother or your sister or your mom or your dad.’ And that just erodes at that family. It’s all part of the same. And, you know, it’s important that everybody realizes that just because mom and dad split up does not mean that. That’s not still your sister. This person’s no longer your father, this person’s no longer your mother, that sort of thing. So what’s happened is that there’s just— it seems there’s an evil.

[ 00:06:33,600 ]attempt to divide the country. Abortion is just one of the platforms they’re using. So, Court, we thank you for the fight that you and both Britt are involved in in Oregon, because Oregon is one of the more liberal states in the Union. What else is going on out there? Well, Vicky, thanks for bringing up the breakdown of the family. You know, it’s really a disrespect sometimes for Ben. It goes back to the original Adam. He was a little wimpy and passy. So instead of taking charge of his family and that responsibility and that protective spirit. What’d he do? He kind of… For lack of a better term, it went out. You see that now with the disrespect for men’s responsibilities, fathers, husbands. The breakdown of the society, as you said, Vicky.

[ 00:07:30,150 ]Um, It’s very prevalent in Oregon. Even in efforts to amend the Constitution so that… You know, we keep teaching our kids in school that, you know, families are important. All the different genders, all the different, you know, it’s a knee society. You know, again, it gets back to that. Uh disrespect for God and uh, what the results are. Uh, you know, a total disregard for life, years. If I dare say, you see what happened in Iran. Yeah, I know. Somewhere over 35,000 people just totally gone. No regard, you know, God’s heart was broke on every… single one of those people as well. Yeah, spot on. Or. Your position there and your concern in the battle we have within the United States of America. Mm-hmm. Britt, what are you seeing out there?

[ 00:08:26,330 ]I know you’re heavily involved. What are you seeing? Are there any inroads being made in Oregon as far as reaching moms and the pregnancy centers and any kind of positive? news from there. Well, absolutely. And I take a very… Strong stand on death and life are in the power of the tongue. My dad always said, ‘You can complain or you can contribute.’ So I always make sure to speak life because… The kingdom of God is voice activated. And, you know, not all Christians may want to hear that. It’s a great responsibility to take seriously every word that comes out of my mouth so I speak life instead of what is not working. So I love your question.

[ 00:09:18,170 ]Like, Dad used to say, ‘You can complain or you can contribute,’ and you guys are contributing with this beautiful show. Beautiful radio show. Um, Thank you. So I do see inroads, and whatever I see… I’m not going to let the devil use my mouth to continue talking about the stuff that isn’t working. We’re all very aware of what isn’t working. So what we… had done is uh, court left voice here. We put together a born-alive bill. Mmm. We wish so much that it has passed. Hmm. He did not pass this time. And I just can’t believe that. Can you, Brent? I mean, it’s like, who wouldn’t want to protect a born-alive baby? It is very… It’s… I can’t really even understand the mentality around that. Right.

[ 00:10:17,270 ]And what was beautiful was court actually found a legislative tool to be able to stand up on the House floor. And utilized this tool so he was able to read it. Out loud. So everyone knew when they voted, they were voting. To go ahead. And kill a baby that was born alive laying on the medical table. So at least that became even more transparent instead of just Bill’s language. I was so flattered for doing that. Um, I do have some other great news. You know, we’re part of a third option adoption. Bill as well. And the adoption space, actually, the leader of our House Republican Caucus, Representative Lucetta Elmer, is also… She has. She was adopted. Yes, she was adopted. So we are also putting this forth. Most people don’t know this.

[ 00:11:11,650 ]Bye. Fifty percent. of women who choose through endopregnancy. Then there’s 49% of women. Thank you. Motherhood. Less than 1% go the adoption route. So we have this bill put forward to encourage that. Okay, Britt, we have a break we’re up against, so we’re going to come back. We’d love to hear more about the third option, adoption. Yes. So we’ve got a break. We’ve got a take. We’ll be right back. We’ll be right back with Brits and Court Boyce from Oregon, Pro-Lifers, and very active, and we are so grateful to have them here. It’s Pro-Life Radio on a Sunday night, the first Sunday of spring. I love it. Yeah. We’ll be right back on AM 950 FM 94. 9 The Answer. If you’re pro-life, like this show, and want to support this mission, please help with your donation today.

[ 00:12:05,920 ]Go online to GiveSendGo. com slash OrlandoProLifeRadio or make your check. Out to Mission Save America, Inc. and mail it to 13900 County Road 455, Unit 107-334, Claremont, Florida 34711. Pro-Life Radio is a non-profit entity and all donations are tax deductible. Thank you. And welcome back to Pro-Life Radio. On a Sunday evening, I’m Vicky Cherry. Across from me, and I think Bruce just likes to hear this, is my neighbor as we bring this back, my very handsome husband, Bruce. She tells me that at home, too. I’m okay with that. I do, I do. Yeah, but thank you, dear. And online with this, we have return guests. We have court and Brit voice. And that’s spelled a little differently. And I am sorry we got that wrong on our side, I think, for a while.

[ 00:13:02,240 ]But it’s right now, I hope. We’re talking with them and court just did a third. Adopt. What was it? It rhymed. Third option. Third option. Adoption. And I like that. So can you tell us more about that? The bill? Sure. I’ll give the website to the… Third Option. dot org o-r-g and your audience can go there and learn about the Third Option Coalition. That was started by Teresa Marcroft, and we’ve got a wonderful board. And. The premise there is to grow the 1%, as we spoke about before the break. About half choose adoption, half choose abortion, and less than 1%. Or approximately 1%. Choose adoption and what people don’t realize and why court put the bill forth is because.

[ 00:14:02,310 ]It’s not the way it was in the olden days where everything’s secret and, you know, the closed files. It is very… simple to adopt now and there are laws in place to protect you know, open adoptions, which really are a blessing. And there are so many. Tens of thousands of people waiting to adopt. And you said there’s only 1% of the people. Yeah, this should have been done 20 years ago, and it’s catching on to different states. So it’s a movement, and it’s a good answer. It’s a solution. Yeah, we’re just really excited about it. And so the more information we can get out about that— the website, so it’s… We just couldn’t be more optimistic. Uh, it… Thank you. Just. a great opportunity for many young mothers and dads.

[ 00:14:59,670 ]And becoming a third option state, you can go to that website. Peace out. ThirdOption. org. And there’s a button there because Idaho has passed this and we’re rallying with others. States to move forward as well. And there’s a button to push about becoming a third option state. So, if you know any legislators in your state of Florida, send them on over there. We even have the exact language they need, so they don’t need to rewrite a bill. The exact language is on that website to present in whatever state you’re in across America. That might be something. That’s something that we would definitely get before some of the legislators here. We’ve had Doug Bankston on, who’s one of our legislators, and he’s very pro-life. He’s a pastor.

[ 00:15:42,210 ]We’ve had Byron Donilon, who is running for governor of the state. Oh, wow. And hopefully, he’s a great guy. He’s a great guy. And wasn’t it Paul Renner, Bruce, that gave that huge… contribution to the vote— no on four, yeah. So we were Florida is blessed with a plethora of great candidates for our next governor because they’ve got big shoes to fill. Because so far, the most pro-life governor in the history of the state has been Ron DeSantis. So we’ll see how that goes. So I’m sure we could probably get somebody to do this bill. So tell us more. about the site and third option coalition. I’m looking at the website right now and I wanted— because I had the—I had this question: is it third like the third coalition— the third adoption option?

[ 00:16:27,050 ]But it’s actually the T-H-I-R-D Option .org. So spell out third. The third option . org is the website. So, folks, write that down, give a visit, and let’s get this in front of our legislators and see if we can make that happen. Court, go ahead and tell us more about it and what… What is so great about it? Well, first of all, do you suppose DeSantis, Renner, or Donald… Would one of the three possibly move to Oregon and run for governor? Let’s start with DeSantis, you know. Right. There’s a group where he’s going to use it. You know, working night and day for any one of those Florida representatives. So sorry for the diversion there. No, that’s great. No, that’s all right.

[ 00:17:19,760 ]Actually, we might put a call in to him and be like, ‘Hey, you’ve done your two terms here, but Oregon’s wide open, buddy.’ Yeah, they really need you. Yeah. And we do a river trip here. Ever heard of Rogue River? It’s famous for jet boats, rafting, and fishing. And so we’ll get them on the river. The last 12 miles into the Rope River Wilderness, it’s just beautiful. So on our third option… Yeah, we’re just excited for the common sense approach. It really gets back to families that want to adopt children, want to give kids a beautiful home. You know, Parenting is tough business, but… There’s people that have so much love. And, uh… just want to make an effort to make a difference in someone else’s life or life.

[ 00:18:09,040 ]And so to come to the reality that it’s only 1%. The babies that are born. unwanted or for whatever reason. Yeah, we’ve got a lot of work to do, but there’s plenty of reason for it. Energy and optimism. Well, I think God, that’s kind of why he designed it so there are people that want to have children that can’t have children, and so they are there to adopt. But we’ve just kind of done what we think we need to do. Change. That too. Different. Ways they can have children. You know, there’s… We talked about the percentages. 50%, I believe Britt said, ‘choose abortion.’ 49% choose motherhood. 1% choose adoption. I think what we’re seeing is because abortion exists, for one thing, to hide sin.

[ 00:19:02,150 ]So there’s a lot of women out there that don’t want anyone to know that they’re pregnant and that abortion might take place well before anybody could tell that they’re pregnant. And so that’s one of the reasons why this show exists, to make sure everyone knows all life is precious, all life is ordained by God, and none of us has a right to invalidate that life, regardless what our sin might be, what our behavior might be. And I can say this firsthand because I participated in the abortion of two of my own children. And I look back on it, I had no right to do that. I shouldn’t have done it. And so I just, anybody out there listening, if you’re thinking about abortion. for whatever reason.

[ 00:19:43,150 ]make the right choice, choose either to have the baby or to have the baby and put the baby up for adoption. If you feel like you cannot be a good parent, And let me tell you something. Even when I was ready for parenthood, I wasn’t ready for parenthood. And we’re just as good as we can possibly be. And you have to think— maybe we’re never going to be good enough to be parents, but God still has us become parents. So give it a thought about putting your child up for adoption if you are pregnant and thinking about abortion. Anything is better than taking the life of that unborn child. Yep. So, Court, does this bill… Oh, go ahead. No moms need help. They deserve parent support. And Bruce…

[ 00:20:33,030 ]I’m going to go back and listen to this now. What you just communicated. was just, for lack of a better term, off the chart and so true. And so, you know, this is God working. Thank you. Mm-hmm. It is. I mean, the whole reason that this show exists, the whole reason that most of the pro-life movement exists, and I say most because I believe there’s part of the pro-life movement out there that exists for… some other reasons, and I’m not 100% sure, so I’m not going to say what, but I know most of us exist because God ordained this to protect his children. And so I thank you for your comments, sir. The work is ours. The reward is, the work is ours, the reward is his. and the results.

[ 00:21:19,780 ]And the results. We just do what we’re supposed to do. So what would this bill do? Explain that a little bit to us. Well, basically, third option is a coalition of really passionate adoption professionals and pro-life individuals. Who see this need to elevate adoption as an option for those facing unplanned pregnancies. And we really believe that’s done through adoption education and birth parent support. So we suggest better adoption education for professionals, Juden, and the medical community, and we’ve placed a real strong focus on birth parent support and resources. So providing more resources for women facing an unplanned pregnancy. And education in the schools, if they’re going to learn about STDs and about… you know, sexual transmitted diseases and things in grade school, they certainly can learn about. Adoption being an option.

[ 00:22:20,240 ]For unplanned pregnancies, right? Right. Thank you. And, you know, you left out a few things, too, because in some of the school systems around the country, they’re not teaching them about… Reading or math. Reading or math. They’re teaching them about transgender ideology and abortion. And if they’re going to teach them, I don’t want them teaching those things, but if they’re going to teach them, they should at least teach them about the sanctity of life and about adoption as an option and birth control. Amen, brother. 100%. You’re exactly right. And teach them about abstinence. Yes. Oh, yeah. The old-fashioned abstinence. I took the words right out of my mouth. The what? I don’t think anyone even heard that. But, Britt, what you’re saying is so true. The adoption part is so important.

[ 00:23:08,870 ]You know, I had some foster kids, and I remember one thought she was pregnant, and she said… I said, well, you know, you… You can’t. As her foster mother said, ‘I don’t have an abortion.’ I said. Let’s put it up for adoption. She says, ‘Oh, I could never put my baby up for adoption.’ I’m like. But you could. Have it put to death? I don’t understand. So I think, Britt, what you said is so important that we do need to get everyone to understand. About adoption, that it’s so much easier than it used to be. And you can see who’s going to have that child. And I understand how they feel because you’re like, ‘I don’t want anybody else raising my child.’ Yeah.

[ 00:23:44,460 ]You kind of get to pick your child’s parents. Yeah. You know? Hey, we’ve got another break coming up. We’ll be right back. We’re having a fascinating conversation with Court and Britt Boyce. They are from Oregon, and Court is a legislator in Oregon, and Britt is his… CEO? His partner, his… RIT, are you his CEO? Staff. Chief of staff. Chief of Staff. There we go. And that actually is her title, Chief of Staff. We’ll be right back with more Pro-Life Radio. We’re streaming on TheAnswerOrlando. com, and we’re coming to you from AM 950, FM 94. 9, The Answer. If you’re pro-life, like this show, and want to support this mission, please help with your donation today. Go online to givesendgo. com. or make your checkout to Mission Save America, Inc. and mail it to 13900.

[ 00:24:51,330 ]Pro-Life Radio is a non-profit entity and all donations are tax-deductible. Thank you.

[ 00:25:04,100 ]We are back on a Sunday night, the first Sunday of spring 2026. It’s Pro-Life Radio. My lovely wife, Vicky Cherry, across from me. I’m Bruce Cherry, and we have Britt Boyce. Court Boyce with us from Oregon, all the way from Oregon on the line. And Court is a legislator in the Oregon House, and Britt is his chief of staff and his wife. And we thank you. That’s pretty crazy. That’s pretty crazy, but that’s pretty great. It is pretty great. So we were talking earlier during one of the breaks. Court, you were telling us about the Pacific Pregnancy Center fundraiser and something special that went on thanks to your lovely wife. Well, hey, in the Oregon legislature, we’re getting some influence that we think God is using. uh…

[ 00:25:56,650 ]to, as you put it at the beginning of the program, just those two simple words, save babies. And so I’m some, some. One of my buddies in the legislature… The state rep from the Cottage Grove area, Central Oregon, said, ‘You’re the voice of reason.’ And so, boy, that has kind of stuck. Oh, wow. I love that. Yeah. So, Britt did a… Yeah, almost 400 people there last Saturday night, Bruce and Vicky, and of course I was… As proud as I could be, she was the keynote speaker. Uh… There was over 100, about 100. $10,000 or $111,000 raised. Oh, wow. In a little community. little community of 60,000 in the county. She just told her story and just was herself.

[ 00:26:50,310 ]She’s a great communicator. And it’s just part of our responsibility, part of our cause, part of our vision. uh, to. Just speak life. You know, you said earlier, Vicky. Uh, we. the unregulated abortion industry in Oregon. Uh-huh. You know, it’s… It’s such a disrespect for life. There’s too many people on the planet. I mean, that’s their role. And so that’s why they even. a common-sense approach. to adoption for mothers. will not be supported. So we need… We need to find the intervention there because it is an answer, it is a solution, and it is giving a lot of people hope. and saving these little… Little precious slides. So stay tuned. We’ll just keep working hard on that. We’re picking up a lot of…

[ 00:27:44,410 ]a lot of impact from successful states that are getting it done. You know, when you said that about too many people on the planet, I just recently read in Florida. They are closing like seven schools. It’s up to nine now. In Orlando. Just in Orange County, which is Orlando, they have the reasons. One is immigration. You know, people are leaving because they’re getting deported. But a big reason is abortion. There’s not as many births. Now, let’s be accurate about that, because they didn’t say, because the Orange County floor is wildly liberal. It’s almost like California plopped down in the county right in Orlando. And so they didn’t say abortion. They said. Low birth rates. Low birth rates and a population decline. Yes, sir. Yeah.

[ 00:28:39,460 ]And then, when you read between the lines and you look, it’s like, ‘Oh, they’re talking about abortion and another thing that people aren’t having children as much.’ And that’s a whole other show, because of the. Selfishness. Well, that’s part of it, but another part of it is the abortion pill. We’re now seeing higher infertility rates in both men and women because of the abortion pill. Yeah, that’s a whole other show. It is. That is. We’ve already done one show on that, and we need to do two or three more, but yeah. That’s just incredible. It’s all these reasons that… conservatives are fighting and saying, ‘Look at this.’ And now they’re saying, ‘Oh, we don’t understand why.’ No low birth weights. All these things that we are fighting for as conservatives.

[ 00:29:32,430 ]No, there’s not too many people. Mm-mm. No. But we kind of got off subject. Well, you guys live in Oregon, and there’s a lot of wide open space out there, isn’t there? Do you… you two remember, I think I got this fairly close, essentially the Bill Clinton era when it was partial birth. Uh… And now it’s live. Yeah, I know. So there’s something to segregate there and understand as separate. So I’m trying to learn all I can about that. And, uh… Just get the word out that it’s… You know, it’s a human being. It’s a heartbeat that starts at six weeks. Yeah. And with a lot of the states that are talking about abortion up till birth, I mean, if the argument used to be that, oh, it’s a clump of cells, it can’t feel pain, that sort of thing.

[ 00:30:22,730 ]That baby feels everything at that point, everything. And, I mean, we’ve had doctors on this show that were former abortionists that have told stories about babies that kicked and squirmed and fought against them while they were trying to abort them. And that usually was the thing that made them realize, I can’t do this anymore. God bless. God bless you. So, Britt, tell us about it. Tell us about what happened at the pregnancy center. Yeah. Well, you know, God has worked so many miracles in my life. It’s just unbelievable the things that he set up that I could have never planned. In 2025. I had the privilege of befriending and working with Alan Parker, the attorney responsible for overturning Roe v. Wade. Incredible godly man. And also, one of my heroes, Dr.

[ 00:31:19,410 ]Caroline Lee. And she… She says, because… I love the fact that Science often confirms. Scripture. Right? And Dr. Leaf says, ‘Good science. Always.’ Mm-hmm. Right. And we were formed in our mother’s womb. Mm-hmm. Go back to Jeremiah 1. Yeah. Great. That’s great, Jeremiah. Exactly. The whole premise of your show. And most people also don’t realize that one-third of any given audience, whether you’re at a football game, YouTube, whether you’re at a concert, church, or Congress, one-third of any audience has been touched by abortion. Oh, yeah. So. After God asked me to create the path to thrive. program. which is a post-abortion trauma healing program done online, and we meet once a week. I’ve seen my graduates experience countless miracles these days. Books written, relationships restored, marriages improved, prodigals returned.

[ 00:32:19,910 ]And the reason that’s important is the whole premise of my talk was… You know, and I call it a benefit because we’re benefiting people. You know, you use the word ‘fundraiser’ and people are like, ‘Oh, boy.’ No, no. Right. We’re benefiting babies. The premises were not just saving babies. No. We’re saving mamas. Grandma. family. Legacy. right? Because the woman who’s had an abortion, who is going through hell the rest of her life unless she looks at it, ‘Get straight with it.’ goes through the healing. She’s damaged. So the enemy damages the women and leaves us here. Right? Mm-hmm. Those are the women that I minister to, to save. families and legacies, because Mm-hmm. After a sex of abortion, the world tells you there’s no such thing.

[ 00:33:12,120 ]Bom, bem, muito obrigado. Marriages are destroyed. I’m a good kid. eating disorders, picking abusive relationships, all those things that come as a result. And the world tells you how. That’s no problem. Well, I’ll end with this. Science Now shows. Everything that I just mentioned is directly. Remember. You’re choosing a boyfriend. Absolutely. Mm-hmm. You know, uh, I don’t know how hard time is, but I just want to give. A shout-out to keep the Charlie Kirk legacy alive. You know, kids want to be involved in something they want to understand something that is lacking selfishness, that is bigger than themselves. And, you know, if Rome is 828, do we lost that? Beautiful young man. It’s hard to understand. But his work, uh, You know, it’s… It’s people like Britt. and him.

[ 00:34:11,340 ]that have an influence, and you folks, for goodness sake, that have… an impact on a cog, that is. You know, we’re not trying to be noble. But we are trying to understand what our responsibility is. You know, make the most of that and just never give up the fight. Uh, so. Charlie Kirk. Um, He reached young people, and I got, you know. We have nine grandkids. And so the first one has the old one has my name. And the youngest one has my birthday, so life is good. Amen. I got my partner here that we are so like-minded. Just humbled. To be able to visit with folks like you. And hopefully make a difference. I know we are. And we feel the same. And One point for what Court just stated here.

[ 00:35:05,190 ]They’re so beautiful and well put. I just want to share. The reason we’re not just saving babies, we’re saving mamas, grandmas, families, legacies. It’s because Bruce, when a life like yours… Look what your life is. With your wonderful woman. Your life is a walking testimony of God’s goodness and grace. When you’ve gone through your healing, a healed life like yours and mine. Right? We’re dangerous to the enemy. Amen. So the poor people that… have not looked at that, the 64 million abortions that have happened in America alone in the last 35 years. Those are the people, we reach them, they’re as dangerous to the devil as we are, because the world wants to say, ‘Nope.’ There’s no after effects. Just keep having fun. Right?

[ 00:35:52,980 ]So anyway, I wanted to point that out, and thank you for being so brave and being one of the… Heel. working in God’s ministry. Well, thank you. Thank you. Very kind words. And I wanted to say something really nice. When you said the voice of reason, and earlier you said you were the voice of reason, and people don’t realize his name is spelled like that. O-I-C-E. And young people want to hear that. They want that voice of reason. They do, because right now they’re starting to understand that they’re being hit with a lot of… Speculation and untruths. Yeah, that do not make sense. And now they’re thirsty for the truth. Amen. We’ve got a break we have to take. We’ll be right back with our final segment of Pro-Life Radio.

[ 00:36:38,080 ]With our guests tonight, Court and Britt Boyce from Oregon. It’s going too fast. It goes too fast. We’ll have you guys back again, I promise. All right, here we go. We’ll be right back. More Pro-Life Radio at AM 950, FM 94. 9, The Answer. If you’re pro-life, like this show, and want to support this mission, please help with your donation today. [ 00:37:33,450 ]We’re back on a Sunday night, the first Sunday of spring, Pro-Life Radio, and we are down to our last segment of the night, and it has gone quickly. We’ve got court and Britt Boyce from Oregon. Court is a state legislator. And the Boyce of Reason. Well, I think Britt is the Boyce. Maybe both of them are the Boyce of Reason. That’s true. But he’s a state legislator, and Britt is his chief of staff. They are a team. And Britt said something, I think Britt said something last segment about how God has blessed us with being a team. And Court was talking about that as well. And it’s true. You and I are a team. And, I mean, we do everything together, and I couldn’t see. Doing this without you by my side.

[ 00:38:20,130 ]And I think God has put us together, not just you and I, but Court and Britt and other couples like us, to go out and let people know that, hey. There’s, you know, save that baby. Don’t do this. Don’t. Make that decision that’s going to haunt you for the rest of your life. And women who have the abortions, they do have health care. We’ve touched on this so many times. They have health care issues. Higher rates of breast and uterine cancer and ovarian cancer. Higher instances of alcoholism. And not just the women, though. Well, I’m getting that. Higher instances of alcoholism, depression, suicide, and then… The men. Yeah. Britt and Court, have you guys ever heard of Greg Mayle? No, not at this time. Say the name again, please.

[ 00:39:14,020 ]Greg Mayle. Like mayonnaise. Sounds familiar, but enlighten us. He is great if you guys ever… Run across him, have a chance to have a conversation with a great guy. He had had two girlfriends that ended up in abortion. and He had been all these things, doing this, doing that, and after those, his life just totally changed. Didn’t have motivation, didn’t want to do anything. His dad thought he was having problems with drugs and alcohol, and he says, ‘No, that’s not it.’ Well, he went to a counselor and he told the counselor, ‘You know, I think it might be. That one of my girlfriends had an abortion, aborted my child.’ He goes, ‘Oh, geez, you’re a guy.

[ 00:39:52,370 ]It can’t be.’ But so now he has taken his pain and he has turned it into, he has made some curriculum for. It’s called Celebrate Recovery, but it’s like a drug and alcohol. It’s a Christian-based drug and alcohol recovery program. And he has made curriculum for them. For the men that have been, and he’s given it, he’s also given it to pregnancy centers, and written a book, ‘Almost a Daddy.’ To help the men deal with the depression and the anxiety that comes from participating in the abortion of one of your own children. Well, and what Boyce said earlier, or what Court said, sorry— that Boyce of Reason is stuck in my head. But what you said earlier, Court, about the men. We’re supposed to be protectors of their families.

[ 00:40:42,860 ]And so… There’s, you know, the… tragedy of what it does to men. It’s just not spoken about. And because we’re men, we’re not supposed to, you know, don’t be a wimp, you know, that kind of thing. But it does affect us. It does. Well, science has proven that now. You’re exactly right, 100%. Thousands of studies and case studies that it absolutely affects men. There’s not a difference there. The only difference is… that they are. You know, the society says, ‘Oh, that couldn’t be. Didn’t happen to them.’ Well, baloney. It’s part of their DNA, right? And subconsciously, whether you realize it or not, you know, that happened. And I love the fact that… He recognized that, said, ‘Oh, what do you think?

[ 00:41:29,260 ]This might have something to do with it.’ I find that it generally has. And I will tell you the instances of one of the abortions of one of my children. I was in the room with my ex when this took place. And so I remember the sounds. I remember the smells. I remember… I remember everything about it. And that haunted me for years until I came to grips with it and I asked for God’s forgiveness and was granted that forgiveness. But I still remember it, and it’s like having a scar from a really bad cut or a surgery. It stays with you, but it’s part of who you are. Well, I know we got to go to some of the abortion clinics and rallies.

[ 00:42:17,270 ]You know, hold the signs or talk to the people. There was a couple of them. Bruce couldn’t. He couldn’t stay? You know, the signs just… Bring him back to that moment. Wow, and Bruce, I’d like to interview you at some point, but we’ll talk about that later. Okay. Not a problem. Let’s talk about it. Well, Bruce, you’re carrying a bird. And we all have those burdens, but God constantly reminds us: ‘Let me carry the burden.’ Yeah. Well, you know, honestly… I don’t carry the burden anymore. Like I said, it’s like a scar from a surgery. It’s there as part of who I am. But it’s not a burden to me anymore. It fuels me. It drives me to do what we do. And so it doesn’t keep me up at night.

[ 00:43:02,310 ]What keeps me up at night is when I hear people say things like, ‘I know it’s a baby, I’m going to kill it anyway.’ That keeps me up at night. But what I did doesn’t keep me up at night because, if I’ve asked for God’s forgiveness and God’s given it to me, and he has. then I have to leave that. I can’t carry that around. Let’s talk about the fact that you guys, you mentioned something earlier, and I wanted to touch on it because stellar work, just kudos. The Pacific Pregnancy Center. fundraiser that, Britt, you spoke at, being the voice of reason. And you guys had, okay, you had an attendance of roughly, and I want to make sure we’re clear on this, because I thought…

[ 00:43:40,260 ]I thought you said 100 to 110, but it was 400 to 410 people attended. First off, kudos on the attendance. Very good. That is a good amount. Next thing is, you raised over $100,000 in one night. Mm-hmm. To protect babies. Way to go. Congratulations on that. That is just awesome. Well, thank you. Jesus raised it. I just spoke. And again, it was. It’s to protect babies. Mama? Grandma. Bye. Families’ legacies, right? And I think that… really resonated with people. People there and the fact that that many ears heard God’s message. It just touched my heart. And Madge Osborne is… Boop. President of the board of directors and the director of the center, and she did a beautiful job. They couldn’t fit another human in the venue.

[ 00:44:38,240 ]Oh wow. Wow. That is… So what? So what’s coming up for both of you? We have about just a little under five minutes left. What’s coming up? I know. Well, for me, gratitude. Just knowing that folks like you are out there. Spreading awareness. Um, I also can’t help but notice what a refreshing spirit your marriage is. Obviously, you’re a teen. So thank you for… having us. You’re part of your ministry for inviting us to be able to connect with you, and it’s just a privilege. Thank you. Thank you. Love to meet in person when you guys are in Orlando, or we make it. You can go to Rogue, R-O-G-U-E, Jet. com. That’s what I did for years. Maybe we’ll get you out here for a river trip sometime.

[ 00:45:30,360 ]And I’ll tell a quick story when it comes to relationships. An old friend of mine, he passed about six years ago. I met him at Bill’s Suite, his wife Evelyn. They celebrated their 65th wedding anniversary. There was about 200 people there, and it was just a huge thing. He’s been very close to my family. He originated in over 30 banks in Southern Oregon. In those days, it was called Western Bank anyway. I said, Bill, 65 years, what’s the secret to your success? Oh, no. He says, well. I don’t try and run her life. I don’t try and run mine either. He lets her. So that’s part of the team concept. And, you know, those guys… You know, we understand masculinity, and at least we want to.

[ 00:46:18,280 ]We want to promote that with the younger generation, especially our kids. And being a dad, being a husband is a big… response. Thank you. Thank you. honoring God. Absolutely. Absolutely. I had the blessing to officiate over a wedding a week ago for two friends of ours. And it was a very God-centered wedding. And I think it surprised everybody because I’m not a pastor. I am a deacon and I am licensed to officiate weddings and do baptisms, but I’m not a pastor. And afterwards, so many people came up to me and said, ‘We loved your prayer.’ We loved that. We didn’t expect it because it wasn’t in a church. It was in a, it was in a, a state park here in Florida. But everything we do, we have to give honor and glory to God.

[ 00:47:05,050 ]And I ask everyone to pray over the… The groom. Because as a groom. He. has a significant responsibility to the household and to the relationship. And in this time of a battle for the soul of this country, there’s a lot of things that are trying to defeat men in their natural role. And there is nothing wrong with masculinity. No. Nothing wrong with it. You know, it’s so, it just. Thank you for your kind words, and it just brought that memory back to me. And we have to remember, as men, what our roles are to be— not to dominate women or subjugate women or make them subservient, but to lead the household and to be strong men of God. Well, Bruce, I’m not trying to thank you very much in the grounding of that.

[ 00:47:57,250 ]I’m not trying to talk. I’ve done 22 weddings in the last 35 years. I’m not a pastor. Yeah, I’m not a pastor either. I’m not very Christian. I’m very hippie. But all of them have been an incredible privilege and just a time of joy. I don’t charge anything, and I can always squeeze in a little bit of credit. thought, even when it may be. Not. The focus, but it can become the focus. Good job. Thank you, sir. And thank you for sharing that. Hey, we’ve got about a minute to go. How can folks get in touch with you, and how can they find out more and help you in any way? Well, I can certainly reach out on a private cell to contact us. Mm-hmm.

[ 00:48:45,380 ]At the legislature, best bet there would be to go to… I love it. Yeah, go ahead. No, the state emails are too long. My email is really simple, and I monitor it quite… Diligently, Coach Kort. DOHC 8. C-O-U-R-T. Court. at gmail . com. Oh, there you go. I think you’re going to have to change that to the voice of reason. If nothing else, just go ahead and get that, so nobody else does. Thank you. Thank you. Ricky, I was trying real hard to impress you both, so maybe that was just a little bit of a lick. No, no, I think you impressed us already, but I like that one, the voice of reason. I do, too. We’ll have to have a drop made for the next time they’re on the show.

[ 00:49:31,170 ]Right? Come and listen to the voices. A voice of reason, yes. All right, well, that is it for tonight, for this week’s show. Thank you very much, Quartz and Britt Boyce from Oregon. Thank you for the… work you do. May God bless you. May God keep you. And may God let your household be fruitful. And may his face shine upon you always. And thank you all for listening tonight.
